You must notify kinph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. kinph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
kinph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct identity verification procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with kinph's KYC process, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, source of funds documentation, and other information as required. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
kinph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. kinph does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. kinph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your account, or to a verified Philippine bank account in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to processing times of one (1) to five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected. kinph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kinph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
kinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kinph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kinph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kinph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
You may close your kinph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
kinph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) kinph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) kinph reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) kinph ceases to operate the Platform in your jurisdiction.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, kinph reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kinph Platform shall first be submitted to kinph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through kinph's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
kinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kinph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
